what were the names of your mother’s and father’s parents? when and where were they born?
My mother’s parents were Jessie Jane Burns born 5 Mar 1912 in Illinois and David Claiborne Whitehouse born 11 Feb 1914 in Jefferson County, Kentucky. My father’s parents were Dorothy Louise Hoffmann born 25 Apr 1917 in Louisville, Kentucky and James Edward Johnson born 22 Mar 1915 in Calhoun, Kentucky.
I am loving learning about my family and how long both sides have been living in Kentucky.
Just getting this information is a great start to learning about your family history.
